Rule of Life
A rule of life is an ancient way of intentionally organizing your life around formation in the way of Jesus. It helps us participate in the process of becoming more like Christ through disciplined grace—training, not merely trying. A rule of life resists the hurry, distraction, and exhaustion of modern life, creating space for abiding in Jesus. A well-ordered life, centered on practices like prayer, Sabbath, community, and simplicity, is not legalism but love in rhythm—a practical framework for living with Jesus, becoming like Him, and doing what He would do.
Spiritual Health
“For what benefit is it for a person to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his life?” (Mark 8:36) Transformation into Christlikeness requires intentional reflection—examining how our thoughts, habits, and desires are being shaped by the Spirit rather than by the world. Without awareness, we drift toward busyness, distraction, and disconnection from God’s presence. Spiritual assessments are not about guilt or performance but about grace-filled honesty—pausing to ask, Am I becoming more like Jesus? They help us realign our practices and priorities so that our inner life with God grows healthy, whole, and rooted in love.
